Description

Creamy Chicken Gnocchi is a comforting one-pan meal combining tender chicken, soft potato gnocchi, fresh spinach, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add cooked chicken, gnocchi, and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts and everything is well coated with sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Use store-bought gnocchi for convenience.
  • Feel free to add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
