Description
Creamy Chicken Gnocchi is a comforting one-pan meal combining tender chicken, soft potato gnocchi, fresh spinach, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked chicken, gnocchi, and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts and everything is well coated with sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

- Use store-bought gnocchi for convenience.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Leftovers store well in the fridge for 1–2 days.
