Description

This Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for holidays or parties. Sweet cranberries, a touch of heat from jalapeños, and creamy cheese combine for a dip that steals the show every time.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (jellied for smooth texture)
  • 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Leave cream cheese out at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberry sauce, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 15–20 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with crackers, sliced bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Adjust the number of jalapeños to control spiciness.
  • For a smoother texture, pulse the mixture in a food processor.
  • Can be prepared a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
