Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese, drained
- 1/2 cup almond flour, packed
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate chips.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch) and place them in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 7–8 minutes until slightly golden and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute maple syrup with honey if needed.
- Make sure to drain cottage cheese to avoid excess moisture in your dough.
