Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season fish fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for 3โ4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, and honey. Stir and simmer for 2โ3 minutes.
- Return fish to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
