Instructions
- Prepare pancake batter according to recipe or package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the cinnamon filling.
- Pour a portion of the pancake batter onto a hot griddle or skillet. Swirl a spoonful of cinnamon mixture over the top and then cover with more batter if desired to create a swirl effect.
- Cook pancakes until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- For the cream cheese glaze, melt butter and cream cheese together, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle cream cheese glaze over warm pancakes and serve immediately.
