Description

This Chocolate Croissant Breakfast Bake is a decadent and easy breakfast casserole. Mini croissants are combined with a rich cream cheese custard and melted chocolate chips for a gooey, chocolatey morning treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 13-oz) package mini croissants, chopped
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and milk until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chopped mini croissants and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
