Ingredients
- 1 (10 to 13-oz) package mini croissants, chopped
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and milk until fully combined.
- Fold in chopped mini croissants and chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is lightly golden.
