Description
These Chicken Pillows are golden, flaky crescents stuffed with creamy chicken and cheddar, then smothered in a rich Parmesan sauce for a decadent, comforting meal.
Ingredients
For the Chicken Pillows:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 package crescent roll dough
For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to crescent roll package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley until combined.
- Unroll crescent dough and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each triangle. Roll and seal the edges to form pillows.
- Place pillows on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown (usually 12–15 minutes).
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve baked chicken pillows drizzled with creamy Parmesan sauce and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- These can be prepared ahead and baked fresh for gatherings.
