Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to crescent roll package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Unroll crescent dough and place a portion of chicken mixture on each triangle. Fold and seal to form pillows.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden brown, about 12โ15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare parmesan sauce by heating heavy cream and stirring in grated Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken pillows warm with creamy Parmesan sauce drizzled on top. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
