Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
- ½ cup long grain white rice
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with juice, and rice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and rice is cooked through.
