Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • ½ cup long grain white rice
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with juice, and rice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
