Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 bell pepper, julienned (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden.
- Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread butter lightly on tortillas. Layer chicken mixture, shredded mozzarella, and cheddar cheese evenly.
- Add sautéed onions and bell peppers if using. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Roll tortillas tightly into wraps and serve warm.
- Optional: Cut wraps in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
