Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavorful meal with tender garlic-seasoned chicken, melted cheeses, and optional veggies, all wrapped in a soft tortilla—perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat optional)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 bell pepper, julienned (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden.
  2. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.
  3. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Spread butter lightly on tortillas. Layer chicken mixture, shredded mozzarella, and cheddar cheese evenly.
  5. Add sautéed onions and bell peppers if using. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Roll tortillas tightly into wraps and serve warm.
  7. Optional: Cut wraps in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Whole wheat or low-carb tortillas are great alternatives for a healthier option.
  • Customize with other vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in a skillet or microwave.
