Ingredients

- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place bread slices on a baking sheet or in the skillet.
- Top each slice with grated cheese and crack an egg over the center.
- Sprinkle with herbs, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if using.
