Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ยฝ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- Optional: powdered sugar or maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
