- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, smoked paprika, sage, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches in diameter).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides. Transfer to a baking dish and finish cooking in the oven for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, boil sweet potatoes in a pot of water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Season with salt to taste.

- Serve meatballs over sweet potato mash and drizzle with bourbon-maple sauce.
Notes
- Ground beef shoulder or chuck works best for juicy meatballs.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme for extra flavor.
