Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ยฝ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil (for cooking)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and soy sauce to make the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, season with salt and pepper. Slice into strips.
- Steam or sautรฉ broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot until tender-crisp.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls. Top with cooked vegetables and chicken slices.
- Drizzle bang bang sauce over each bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
