Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ยฝ cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ยฝ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2โ3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
