Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ยฝ cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ยฝ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2โ€“3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over it.
