Description

This Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Bake is a cozy, protein-packed breakfast thatโ€™s both easy to make and satisfying. Sweet apples, warm cinnamon, and creamy cottage cheese come together for a wholesome morning treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced apple, oats or almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder until evenly combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 35โ€“40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
