These Amazing Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are a festive, fun, and easy holiday treat. Soft vanilla cakes are transformed into bite-sized truffles, coated in white chocolate, and decorated with red drizzle and sprinkles for a holiday-ready dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 vanilla cakes)
- 8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts, for coating
- 3 tbsp festive sprinkles, optional
- 3 tbsp red candy melts, for drizzling
Instructions
- Remove cakes from packaging and cut each into quarters.
- Place cake pieces in a bowl and mash until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
- Form cake mixture into small balls (truffles) and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place dipped truffles back on parchment. Before chocolate sets, sprinkle with festive sprinkles if desired.
- Melt red candy melts and drizzle over truffles for decoration.
- Allow truffles to set completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.

- For extra flavor, you can mix in a tablespoon of cream cheese with the mashed cakes before forming truffles.
