Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard


Instructions
