Ingredients

  • 1 egg, fresh (cold or room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp water per ramekin
  • Cooking spray or oil to grease ramekin
  • Salt and pepper to taste, for serving
  • Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, chili flakes, chopped parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370ยฐF (188ยฐC).
  2. Grease a small ramekin with cooking spray or a little oil.
  3. Add 2 tbsp water to the ramekin and carefully crack the egg into it.
  4. Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket.
