Ingredients
- 1 egg, fresh (cold or room temperature)
- 2 tbsp water per ramekin
- Cooking spray or oil to grease ramekin
- Salt and pepper to taste, for serving
- Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, chili flakes, chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370ยฐF (188ยฐC).
- Grease a small ramekin with cooking spray or a little oil.
- Add 2 tbsp water to the ramekin and carefully crack the egg into it.
- Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 minutes for a slightly runny yolk, or longer if desired.
- Carefully remove the ramekin, season with salt and pepper, and add optional toppings.
- Serve immediately on toast, salad, or enjoy as is.
