15-Minute Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are tender, juicy chicken pieces cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. This easy one-pan recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 20 oz (1 ยผ lbs) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ยฝ tsp dried oregano
- ยฝ tsp dried basil
- ยฝ tsp sweet paprika
- ยฝ tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper, then lightly toss in flour.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5โ6 minutes.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook 1โ2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and butter melts.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

- Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
- For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
